My solution is based on the cross join to create all possibilities and filter to keep the range

I used Generate Row Tool to split the Postal Area Range

This is my solution to the Challenge.

Used the generate rows tool for this solution. I'm definitely going to have another crack at it with an alternate approach, but this seemed rigorous! Fun challenge 😏

Improved the previous solution using a cleaner logic within the Generating Rows tool, less steps 😏.
