Here's my solution. Had a hard time on the generate rows due to wrong formula and data type. Indeed a great way to introduce generate rows.

Here is my solution!

Key component is the Text to Columns of the Zip Codes (range).  Had trouble with separating each area code with the respective region and rep, but then learned about the Generate Rows tool, which does the quite nicely.  Beyond that, a simple Join and Summarize will handle everything pretty easily.
