My second challenge submission finished.  I haven't checked out the solution yet but I am sure I could learn a few things from it.  Full disclosure, I felt as if I brute forced my way though this one.

I gave it a try but got stuck until I saw @mix_pix's first Filter on Nulls.  That was all I needed though, and I got it after that.  There's a lot of extra tools due to cleaning up junk I created on accident. It works though!  I even tested adding an additional row of data to make sure it would work.
