At first, I started down a rat hole and then I realized it was simpler than I initially thought. Nice real-world exercise... will we do any modelling? I had some extra steps just so I can see what is happening and if matches were happening correctly... I should have revived those...
I think there is a problem with the solution. If I understand the business problem correctly... we don't want to be shipping technology via freight because tech items are fragile and are expensive... but the formula isn't at the SKU level and the customer's order included tech and other items and were shipped via multiple methods those would also be flagged for review unnecessarily. If my assumption is correct it might be better to flag at the SKU level and then summarize the review checks and see if there are any SKU items flagged for review in grouped Order.
