INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR. If I am not told that the discount is a discount PERCENT then why would I think it is? You have to tell me that the discount is in percent if that is how you'd like me to treat it. SO AS A TIP TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT GETTING THE RIGHT ANSWER: the discount is a percentage off the full price, it is NOT a discount in dollars off the full price.
