It is unclear what it means for onboarded employees to have appropriate access - does that mean they have the exact access they asked for (not higher and not lower) or does it mean that the access they were given is equal to or greater than the access they requested? I understood it as the latter while the solution seems to interpret it as the former. Therefore, the end goal/instructions could be more clear.
