Maybe I'm not far enough into the training. I'm enjoying working out what I would want the solution to be. The solution provided does not answer the question asked in the instruction. Too many records are left out, and we were not left with actionable data that was understandable.
It required some additional thought and lots more trial and error to arrive at a solution that left me satisfied. I did have to take a peek at the solution because I could not understand how to use the CrossTab function. Trial and error is the best training so kudos to the designer.
I was able to find a way to recombine all the data streams and output two files, the first a list of employees with action steps, and a second list where no action is required.
