Aww, I'm so glad to hear this, @WillM! I'm fascinated by visualization, too. Your former roommate's paintings sound so interesting!
One thing that's super interesting about Alberto Cairo (well, yet another thing!) is that he's been an artist since childhood, and he's recently been posting some of his drawings to Twitter. I'm hoping to talk to him about how his artistic skills and sensibilities have intersected with his interest in data viz in our next interview ... so stay tuned for more on that in our follow-up, full-length podcast episode!
Day 1 my favourite was Hannah Fry 🙂
Day 2 keynote to get a glimpse of Designer Cloud as that will be a game changer!
But actually the customer stories have been really great, especially how they have used Alteryx to transform during Covid.
Hello,
I like the new feature about the customer portal / Support.
I learned several staff from the Dynamic Workflow Development session like how to make the workflow dynamic using dynamic input, how to select dynamically column as well.
The materials was really clear.
Thanks for those moment of sharing knowledge about Alteryx 🙂
Best Regards,
Day 2, love the "Data are the digital echo of our planet" from Jake Porway!
Day 2 love the new features like Container controls and Compare tow workflows 🙂
I mean, there have been so many amazing sessions so far! To shoutout one, though, @NicoleJohnson did an awesome job at delivering an innovative and practical solution to enable users to build their own SQL query using an app interface. This goes right along with Alteryx's idea of a code-free platform.
Day 2: The keynote giving us glimpses of our cloud future was certainly very interesting, but I'm going with @NicoleJohnson 's SQL generator.

Jake from Datakind - i appreciated the way he 'humanized' data to drive home it's so much more than the bottom line for many applications. very inspiring!
I've only been able to assist to the Keynote today so by default this is my best session. 😊
But everything presented/announced during this keynote cas awesome.
I've loved the presentation of DataKind and the new functionality upcoming making the use of data easier.
