Remember when commuting was such a pain. While many of here have been remote working or in work at home situations over the past month, we are all hopeful that when we return to the new normal we will get to experience the excitement or the dissatisfaction of being stuck in traffic trying to make our way to the office.

To an HR professional understanding how variables such as commuting time, cost of living rates, pay scales and other factors correlate with employee attrition is a critical piece of actionable insight.  Only by having this insight can an HR or business leader know what levers to pull to help sustain the value of business assets that being skilled and talented people.

In this demo we will look at various factors that could be impacting employee attrition rates, we will use those factors to score a percent risk across our employee base.  By using advanced analytics including geospatial analysis and predictive analytics we can develop better insights and understanding of the risk factors and our HR and business leaders can make better decisions regarding things such as corporate office locations, work at home arrangements or even salary adjustments. By having better insights into the risk factors for attrition the objective will be to implement actions that will significantly reduce the levels of employee dissatisfaction and thus improve employee retention rates, satisfaction levels, and overall business results.

Would it be possible to add a label for HR or People Analytics (and add that label to this post)? As a People Analytics practitioner I'm sorry I missed this event, but it would be great to be able to find related posts in the future!

I will get with the managers for this forum and see if we can add Line of Business tags as well.
