Delay in Dataprep Flows

Hello
We are all day with delay to run the flows in Dataprep.
I saw that there are no incidents recorded. Could you check?

I ask urgently to check and solve the problem.

 

Attachment 1: Simple flow almost 2 hours running

Attachment 2: Flow that started at 9 am and continues until now running

Attachment 3: Flow that normally takes 3 minutes

Attachment 4: More than 30 minutes running

Attachment 5: Flow running for more than 5 hours
