Amazon Web Services vs Microsoft Azure

Does anyone use Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure? Is either one preferred over the other?  Are both HIPPA compliant?

Both are compliant.  Would I recommend one over the other?  AWS would be the champion that I would likely choose.  I think that you'll find support and the Alteryx + AWS knowledge easier to find (Alteryx uses AWS for their own gallery).
