What to expect?
In this interactive Weekly Challenge session, you’ll dive into Challenge #417: Evaluation of Employee Working Hours, a real-world workforce analytics scenario inspired by a Community discussion.
In this session, you’ll work with employee shift data from Q1 2023 to evaluate operational efficiency and staffing patterns. Guided by a Customer Success Manager, you’ll learn how to:
- Calculate total shifts and non-working days per employee
- Identify shifts above and below four hours
- Measure the percentage of short shifts
- Evaluate which employees may be best suited for additional working hours
This live session focuses on practical techniques for data preparation, calculations, and summarization in Alteryx Designer, with plenty of opportunity to learn from different approaches.
