Hi,
I sent an email to support@alteryx.com two days ago, and has not received the usual auto-reply with a case ID.
Anyone knows if there are any issues regarding case tickets?

PS. Never got a reply from analytics@e.alteryx.com either, as the issue is regarding one of their pages. But that might be expected behaviour.

Opened a ticket from the website instead. Still no confirmation email, but I got an answer at least

We checked into our internal systems and we do not have an email from you in our inbox, reason why you did not get the automated notification. Your second submission through the website made it and we do not send automated notifications for those at the moment. I also saw that you were able to get the license you were trying to download.
