Use of Formula tool

Myself new to Alteryx. I am trying to differentiate outputs and then final one to bucker under 2 categories. I have 10 different results which I want it to 3 bucket into "Increase" , Decrease" and "NAR".

Ex: Limit Amount Result column has 3 outputs namely Increase, Decrease and NAR.

So I want to have 3 tabs each which should have respective outputs. I have tried using Filter tool using AND operator between headings but all are falling under False statement. Attaching my expected output, requesting assistance to arrive at my output
