Tree tool output returning all values in data and not selected ones only

Hi all - i was wondering if someone could help me with the tree tool configuration that i am trying to fix. Essentailly whats happening is my tree tool selection is returning all values in my data whereas i only require the one thats been selected from the initial selection.
