Text Translator Not working

Hi Team, 

I have a dataset that is in Japanese which I need to convert to English. I went through one of the links where I need to make Azure Account & do certain things. I have done all of that & installed the connector but I am unable to download the API that actually translates data via Alteryx Gallery. Can someone guide me? PFA the sample data & package.

Hi @Mansi3 This post would probably be better suited to the Designer community pages rather than Analytics Hub, however, I'll try to help.

Secondly, this tool doesn't actually do translations, but the following:
