Profile issue, Please Help!

Hello again community,

I am posting here as Joe_McCoy1 because I have not logged in for a while and the 2FA forced me to update my profile and of course said my original username Joe_McCoy was already taken. I have had this issue since the switch to 2FA. Can someone please help get this sorted out.
