Hi @BrookeMcMurtry try the alteryx learning path it is a great way to start. Meanwhile also look at examples of different tools that is available in designer desktop. Try to create sample questions and challenges to solve them using the tools you have learned.

When you have completed some lessons, try out some of the easy or 'Core' challenges that Alteryx provides weekly to test your skills with real life use cases
