Micro credential exam issue

When attempting to launch / take a credential exam, i am redirected to a page asking for an access code.. I receive no email, text, or call providing a code to be entered. Anyone experience similar issues or know of a generic code that is required?

I was able to solve this looking at the FAQ section under the certification category after I posted.. No need for reply.. Thank you
