Merging Data

Hello all,

I am attempting to get this data to show the Project Managers name one time - but wanting to combine the Balances into one to show the total cost for each individual, instead of it showing multiple cost lines

Hey @maddoxs 

You will want to use a summarize tool to create this aggregation.

Please see a small example using data in similar structure as yours.

The key here is to ensure that the USD column are in a numeric data type to allow you to perform the aggregation.
