Interactive Lesson help for beginner!

Hello, I am having fun learning Alteryx in one of my courses at school, but I have a question regarding one of the quiz questions on the Getting Started interactive lesson - Filtering Data.

I'm assuming the highlighted green is the True output, and the correct answer is:
     [Borough Code] = 1 OR [Health] = "Good"

Wouldn't that return all rows as true..?

I'm reading it as the entire table shown is the true output, so by process of elimination the correct answer is  [Borough Code] = 1 OR [Health] = "Good", as the other options could not produce that output.
