Change email on an account without being able to login

I have an old alteryx account (which I got core certified on) however this was originally set up under an old work email that no longer exists. I was told we would have auto forwarding on for any emails that came that way but seems they have stopped this and it does not seem to be working anymore, and even though I remember the password for my account, unfortunately it won’t let me log in due to the fact that I cannot verify via the email, due to the fact that the email no longer exists. I did try and check the phone option as well; however there is a number registered which I do not recognise, I’m unsure where this number has come from as I have never had any other number apart from one. I tried using the old support email to provide them with my information however I got a bounce back with info on support communities to search - problem is, all of those require logging in too, therefore I’ve now had to create a new account under a different email address to try and get some help. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue. There isn’t that much change in the original email address, the domain name has just been switched.
