Certification Alteryx designer

Hello
I took my Alteryx Designer certification exam last Friday (I failed it with 62.8% correct answers instead of the required 64%). I was surprised to find a significant number of questions in the test that required the Alteryx Desktop environment, questions involving input files such as XLS or CSV files on which I had to perform operations. Since I don't have the Alteryx environment installed on my computer, I didn't answer those specific questions.
Am I now forced to overperform on the other types of questions?
Is there another way ?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Sincerely

Hello @SMAIL ,

I am not sure to understand, you are doing an Alteryx Designer certification but do not have Alteryx Designer?

For the exam, the best approach is to have the software open and use it at the same time than answering the questions :)

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
You understood correctly, I've taken a number of professional certifications (especially at the entry level (foundation level)), and this is the first time there have been practical case studies in the questions. It's not a big deal, actually, I'm taking the certification individually from home, and I don't have access to an Alteryx desktop environment.

You can get a trial license with your company account, which would be helpful for your exam. It's good to use Alteryx while you're taking your exam. Good luck with it!
