Certificate Not Received for Alteryx Core Certification

I have completed my Core Certification yesterday 11th May 2020. I have received the badge but i have not received the pdf certificate for the same.

Please advise what needs to be done to get the same.

Turn around time is 48 hrs from the exam.

 

You should be getting by around 24 hrs from the exam. It does take time.

24 hours are already over and i have still not received the pdf certificate

Then i would say wait till 48hr is complete and later if you still haven't received you can write to certification@alteryx.com
