I just passed the exam and when I will receive the certificate (Alteryx Foundation Micro- Credential) copy  and waiting to see it asap.

Congrats! In my experience I got an email from alteryx pretty quickly after with more info:

Yes, you are right and I got this email instantly after finishing the exam and I'm waiting for the further email from Credly.
