CSV Export Error - Long Text Field breaks and goes to the next line with following columns

pls suggest a solution for the attached CSV file, where as you can see data in the note details breaks into the other line with the data in the same row belongs to other columns.

Need a solution from Alteryx for this.

Not sure what your problem is. If you're talking about field length, you can input and set the configuration on the left hand side like so:

So now, what is your problem with the data? What are you trying to achieve here?

Thank you for your reply. My question is if you refer my CSV, just check the row of the client ABC10 and ABC11. There is a row in between these two clients but it actually has separated from the ABC10 client. I wanna know how to rectify this issue.

This is a source issue rather than something to be fixed on Alteryx. How is the user collecting the data in the first place? Since this is from your "client" - can you ask them?

My suggestion is to fix the source, then do your data analysis / ETL.

Just change the field length.  Here's an example attached.

The text is still broken for the user from the Excel - I've done the limit for them to 99999 but they responded saying that the data is still truncated and split to the following row.

Here's another attempt.  I make a few assumptions but seems to work.

I think you did it! @sumeeraemergent please have a look at @TimN 's work. It solves your issue I believe.

But beyond that, I would highly recommend checking the source of the data as well. Truncating and having it appear in different rows can be a nuisance. Tim's workflow may not help for all cases, so just have that in mind...
