Hi is it just me, or are others having the same situation as me.....
I go to alteryx.com/support to open a support ticket.
My Chrome browser recognizes me and logs me in.
I select "Submit a case"
I'm asked to sign in to My Alteryx, which I do successfully.
The customer case portal, then asks me to confirm my email, which I enter correctly
Immediately...no waiting time or anything, I get an error message saying....
(yellow highlight added by me).
so what's going on?...anyone know?

I recommend you submit the Case Portal access request form to receive assistance with your situation: Alteryx Case Portal access request (office.com)

I would reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com to make sure your email has a license attached to it.
They will be able to help you resolve this issue.
