Hello,
I recently received a new laptop and was re-setting various connections for the Alteryx flows I have saved. I was able to connect to salesforce input and output, as well as various files on a drive. However, when I setup a connection and hit connect on Snowflake ODBC Alteryx crashes out every time. This hasn't occurred on my previous laptop.
How I have troubleshooted so far:
- I have tested the Snowflake ODBC connection and it is successful
- I downloaded the latest version of Alteryx - issue still happens.
- I have deleted and readded Snowflake into the data source of Alteryx.
I hope this is a solvable issue! If not, does anyone know if there is a support ticket function within Alteryx? Thank you!

You can log support tickets via https://my.alteryx.com/ that might be the best route for you
turn on logging in your odbc 64 --- not alteryx. see what your logging says. Are you running a new driver or did you just copy over the driver? I recommend the Snowflake DSII drivers.
