This isn't the right place to raise this issue. This forum is primarily user to user. I'd suggest logging a formal support ticket. From here you can navigate to Support>Support. This will take you to Mission Control, then you can log a new case under Case Management.
Very sorry, but I've tried this. I keep getting passed from team to team, 10 months and still no access. I have provided proof of payment at every turn. They typically just close the case when they can't figure it out.
You purchased Trifacta? Maybe you should reach out to the Designer Cloud team instead. You may have been speaking to the wrong team... but yes, @Luke_C is right. This platform is more for user to user, and the Community team comes here sometimes too.
