Database call has failed

Hello 

I have this error when I try to connect to the database from alteryx. I updated my version, I called the IT of the company  to see if it is  proxy issue but it isn't. I am lost right now I don't know what to do. 

Have someone already have this error? Help

I suggest you try reinstall your Designer, the blank database page doesn't look normal to me.
