Is there any way I can read data from password protected excel using python or macro

Hi I have a password protected excel from which I have read data from and I cant use R because my workplace does not allow

Below is the password-protected excel and the password is alteryx

I've found a couple threads with different options for this, one using R and the other using a Macro...
