Alteryx Custom Connector using React

Dear Users,

I am trying to create a custom Alteryx connector using React. 

When I run the app in browser, I can see the react components. However, it's not rendering in Alteryx connector.

Not sure how to tackle this issue. Connector code attached as reference.
