I like UI of Cross-tab tool in Designer Cloud.

By utilizing Count null and Count of Summarize tool, we can directly get Total... and Potential... columns without branching and join.

As others have mentioned I think a 'select all' columns for cross-tabbing is essential. I also spent a *lot* of time waiting for data to load even having created new samples. This is especially annoying with blocking tools like the Cross-Tab coz you're just stuck with it.
