Another great turnout as we continue to grow! We had almost 40 attendees for the Q1 Cleveland Akron User Group on 2/26!
We partnered with John Carroll's analytics class, so predictive was in focus for this meeting. I demonstrated how to use four of the R-tools within Alteryx to create separate models, then use the model comparison tool to determine which of these modes to apply.
@IJReed demonstrated how to use the API within Tableau Online to pull images into Alteryx for reporting.
Jesse Albert demonstrated a batch macro he used to pull multiple Excel files into a workflow.
The community challenge was based on Weekly Challenge #150 where @kheuer and team were the first to solve "WE.AMPLIFIED".
Keep an eye on this site as we would still like to find an area non-profit to donate time or analytical capabilities during National Volunteer Week - under the Alteryx for Good banner.
As always, thank you to @kgalbert , @CatherineM , and @MattMC for your leadership in planning and attending these meetings. A big thank you to Alissa Choi and the team at John Carroll for hosting us and providing snacks/refreshments.
The next user group will be in May - possibly in the Independence area...and we may have a special guest presenter! @MarqueeCrew
