error uploading workflow to private gallery

Hi. I wanted to upload a workflow in a private gallery in our company, but it shows me a blank screen.

Details:

i have a workflow in alteryx. i click "file". i click "save as". i click "private gallery". i click "add new gallery". i put the url gallery of my company. i put my email. and then the blank screen appear and i can not continue.
