Hey, anybody encountered this while creating a collection? it's a new install, most recent release. We have the same deployment on another server and all is well.

We had this issue on our server as well.
When we cleared our Chrome Cache and logged into the server on chrome, it fixed it. I'm assuming it's holding the pre-update collections and not the list view that the new upgrade has.

thanks @bdpowell , this did the trick. strangely it looked as though the page that was cached was from an older version of the gallery - had widgets in different places after the refresh. appreciate the help.
