Workflow upload to Gallery

Hi All,

Let's assume there are 10 people having 'Curator' access in the Alteryx Gallery (including me). 

Having the curator access we are able to view every collection and workflow in the Gallery thanks to curator access. I wanted to publish a workflow and limit access to it to just 3 curators out of 10. How can I accomplish that?

Unfortunately, you can`t.

What exactly is your concern? The curators seeing the workflow, running or something else?

Yes, curators have access to view every workflow and collection in the gallery. However, if other users haven't shared those workflows with them, they can't run them.

We have 10 Curators here. I intended to publish a workflow to the Gallery and restrict access to it to just specific 3 curators. I want no other admins with Curator access to be able to see the workflow at all. Can I do that?

Not possible.

I see where this is coming from and I think we would solve this if we had an additional admin level on the Server.
