You should ask your IT team for that. The file servers are often managed by them and they need to provide the path for you.
If you have a server folder that has been shared with other users, you can access the folder properties > Sharing and you will see something like this:
Another option is to click on the Network icon on your file explorer. This typically displays a list of available network locations, including shared folders and devices your computer can access on your local network. However, whether you can see all shared folders depends on the configuration and permissions set by your IT.
