That's kind of company specific. Your server admin should have access to your private studio when you leave the company...
There isn't any way apart from your colleague doing republish of Apps for ownership transfer.
Below are few items to be done as part of ownership transfer in Alteryx Gallery:
- Workflow/Application : Should be republished
- Gallery Data Connection: User leaving should share accessible connection list to colleague to acquire access from gallery admin
- Schedules : New Schedules to be created, by disabling/deleting old ones
- Collection/ Studio: Gallery/Server Admin should remove user leaving and add required colleague
@AsmiDesai - are the steps that you outlined best performed in that particular order too? We are experiencing a painful cleanup due to this after a number of years of "just living with it"... The scheduling page is a nightmare to deal with to begin with and the added junk we've got in there just makes it so much worse.
So basically I just want to clarify the approach so we can start handling this issue in a concise, repeatable pattern before it becomes more of a problem.

Ideally you should follow this sequence for cleanup:
1. Gallery Connections access+ required access roles
2. Workflows republish
3. Schedule recreation
4. Collection access transfer and replacement of workflows
5. Studios access transfer
For schedule cleanup:
1. Start with Disabled schedules
2. Redundant schedules / Schedules created for testing purpose
3. Inactive users schedules, ask to recreate by active users and delete the original one
Note: To determine inactive users you may have to join the names from Alteryx usage+ Company login. As some users may not be active on Alteryx gallery but still be using reports generated by Alteryx.
