Use listrunner on server to run workflow from network drive Failed

Hi guys,

My company has Alteryx Server but I have to schedule a task to run at a specific time frame on specific dates, and those dates can change every month. So the Alteryx Server scheduling is of no use in my case. What I am doing is running a workflow that checks the run condition, if they are met, the Listrunner macro will run a workflow from the network drive.

It is working fine on my machine, but when I upload it to the Server, the workflow that the Listrunner is supposed to run fails. So the issues are caused by the database connection inside my workflows. Alteryx Server can't use the connections that are created through the Server in the Admin page, under data connections.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Or do you have a workaround for my scheduling problem?

@ngqth have you set these same connections up as ODBC System DSN connections aswell?
