You should probably contact support, mentioning what is the authentication method you are using, the error you are getting, and if this issue is affecting other users.

Hi @NurulAtikah ,
Inside the server, you can log in to the localhost page. Then navigate to the admin user page and provide access to the respective users.
Also, check the Alteryx run as a service account once. Sometime after the upgrade, the account will be changed automatically.

I am facing similar issue after upgrade to 2022.3 from 2022.1. My existing password is not working and I have curator permission in Gallery.
Can Anyone help on priority, its impacting my production upgrade post checks.
