SharePoint List Output issue

Hi All,

We are trying to load about ~800 rows into SharePoint list from Oracle table. We are deleting the list data and then loading new records everyday. But on somedays we observed that the rows are getting duplicated while loading the SharePoint list. Is it due to Alteryx server runtime issue/bug or any other setup needed to avoid duplicate records getting loaded. 

Below is the configuration which we are using on SharePoint List Output tool.

SharePoint Version: App Only Authentication (Online/Office 365,2016)

SharePoint URL: <URL>

Client ID: <Client ID>

Secret Key: <Secret Key>

List: <Name of the list into which we are loading the data>

Output Option: Delete List and Append

Please help me if there is any work around to resolve this issue.
