Server does NOT accept any characters different than Latin

Hello :) i have an issue with Japanese characters , please help.

 

Currently only the server has been updated with Alteryx 2024.01 and when a json post request is send to the database via download tool all Japanese/Chinese or other characters are changed to "ﾐﾂﾋﾞｼﾕ-ï½"  symbols. 

The json is correct and when its send not through the server it works perfectly fine. Also the download tool has header as the below but that doesn't help. 

Content-type = application/json; charset=utf-8

Please advise.
