Search problems replacing workflow with new version

When we push a new version of a workflow to server we are having problems replacing the old workflow because the search does not bring up the new workflow.

Any ideas why this filter does not show the new version named SALT_WF?

Are there guidelines for naming of workflows to make the filtering work?
