Rollback Upgrade Version

If after performing a version upgrade, I had a need to rollback, how exactly would this be performed?

I would suggest to get in touch with your Alteryx contact or support.

As long as you have your backup, all should be good.

Hi @Tally_Hawk ,

You can do this by reinstalling the original version after uninstalling the current version but you need these prerequisites:

- Mongo DB backup prior to Upgrade

- Downtime on Server

- Runtime Settings File backup prior to upgrade (optional)

- Restore Mongo DB Step (Important)
