Measuring and Scaling a Private Server

So I'm currently pulling data of a database and want to perform a PCA tio see if I can get any additional varaibles before I perform a Logistic Regression. Before I do so I understand that I need to do feature scaling / normalize my data. I been looking around but can't find a way to do easily do this? Any one tried this before?
