I can't publish to server and I can't create collections

Hello we just installed a Alteryx gallery in the version 2021.4 .

 I have curator access and I have set up the create collections option but there is not a button to click to create the collection and besides I can't publish either to the gallery from designer.

After a fresh installation, is there some configuration I'm missing?

 

Can anyone guided me
