Help With Installation

Hi,

 

We installed Alteryx a week ago with SAML authentication and today we tried uninstalling it and reinstalling with Integrated Windows Authentication, we do not see any error in the Alteryx system settings. After configuring the server the alteryx service does not run , it states starting for a while and then stops. Please let me know if you guys need any screenshots of the logs.

@linjupappachen Be sure not only to execute uninstallation but also to delete any folders such as ...ProgramData\Alteryx, ...ProgramFiles\Alteryx...so on. 

Even after uninstallation, the associated files still remains in the computer, and they hold previous settings that can cause trouble when restart service with other authentication method.
