Gallery usage Tracking

Hi Team,

 

We are licensed user of Alteryx. And I am looking to get usage stats on Gallery.

 

* List of users and name of reports what they have accessed

 

In short, we need to know complete usage pattern of Gallery report. So that we can evaluate our business efforts on Alteryx.

Hi!   You should be able to download the 'Alteryx Server Usage Report' from Alteryx Downloads. You can download the corresponding version based on your Server version from licenses.alteryx.com under Alteryx Server section.

 

The Alteryx Server Usage Report contains information on Server user access, content, schedules, and job analysis presented in a set of Tableau dashboards, or PDF and Excel files. Here's more information on how to run a report once you've downloaded the usage report: https://help.alteryx.com/current/server/server-usage-report.
