Gallery app - file record limit?

Hello,

I have an issue with a file input for my analytic app.  it takes a single Excel file input.  When I run it via my desktop, all 420,126 records are read by the app.  However, when I run the same via the Gallery, it only reads 412,872 records.  The total file size is 18MB.

Any ideas why I get different results doing the same thing?

@npsmith I would go on the actual server (remote desktop) and use the Designer that's installed there. Open your workflow and run it. From there you will see exactly which tool returns fewer rows. It could be a difference of behavior based on the version of Server/Designer compared to yours or versions of Microsoft drivers... so many potential reasons. by running it using the Designer that is installed on the server you should see why.

So this was a "duh" moment after all.... 🙂

My action tool setup was using "Update Value" instead of  "Update Input Data Tool (Default)".  That solved it.
